Summary	0001180: Show a message if the dob could be potential fake while creating a new account
Description	Enter a check for the dob while creating a new account. If the dob refers to a user under 10 years old a popup should be opended with the question "Can you confirm the the entered DoB is correct?". If the dob is refers to a date yyyy-01-01 the same question should be displayed. If the dob refers to a user over 90 years old the same question should be displayed. The reason for these check is to try to assure that only valid data is entered to the account.
