Steps To Reproduce	Go to https://cats.cacert.org. Click "Help". The https://cats.cacert.org/doku/user_EN.pdf page is displayed.
Additional Information	The PDF doc should be completed.

Ted 2024-11-27 20:46 administrator ~0006289	The CATS code is currently archived at https://github.com/CAcertOrg/cats, the PDF and *.odt source files (where available) are in the doku subdirectory. Given the recent change rate of the key fingerprints I'd support removing them from the files. If someone provides the PDF files (and ideally source files, like LibreOffice or OpenOffice documents) I can update the installation.
