Summary0000524: Send email of 'contact assurer' dialog to submitter too
DescriptionIt would increase usability if the email sent to an assurer is also mailed to the submitter. I think it should be possible to do this without sending the mail address of the assurer:

mailto: submitter@myaddress.com
subject: Assurance request to ${to_of_contact_form}: ${subject_of_contact_form}
body: ${body_of_contact_form}

This would be helpful for two reasons:
1. The submitter of the request gets a notification that the request was sent
2. The submitter can track to whom he already sent requests (maybe he did not get an answer for some requests, but at the moment it is not easy after some weeks to see who was contacted)
