Summary | 0000717: Certificate login does not work for certificates signed by the class 3 root
Description | You can log in with a certificate which has been signed by the class 1 root, but you cannot log in with a certificate which has been signed by the class 3 root. Probably the server is configured to accept the class 1 root as a CA and not the class 3 root. If anything, I would expect the other way around, since you need to be more trusted to get certificates from the class 3 root.
