Description	Hi, Board motion m20090729.6 has been approved, requesting changes to the board voting system. Motion: Changes to the voting system The committee requests that the following changes be made to the voting system as soon as practical: a. the ability to modify a motion be removed entirely b. the ability to withdraw a motion be restricted to the person who created the motion only c. the vote on any motion be finalised and declared as soon as all board members have voted, regardless of the "due date" of the motion
