Summary0000852: Feature request: Addition to the SE interface so that it is possible to add and remove arbitraty numbers from Experience Points
DescriptionTwo situations where this featire would be useful:

- In the course of an Arbitration a loss of some Experience Points may be a good penalty for minor offences by Assurers. Currently this is not possible for users who have been super-assured or who got their experience by Thawte points transfer.

- There have been discusstions that attendents of ATE events should get additional Experience Points awarded.

 We are working anyway on deleting Thawte points and super assurance points. So, this I regard done. Yet regarding attending ATEs, this is a very good use.

In any case it would be a good idea if a SE can reduce or add experience points. The entry should look similar to an assurance and be listed along the assurances given.
