Summary0001016: There is no information that certificate signed by CAcert is required to login into CATS
DescriptionCATS website should inform user that there is a certificate needed to login.
Steps To ReproduceAfter directing browser to https://cats.cacert.org/ there is only Login link without information, that browser will display error if user don't have certificate installed.

The User interface is generally somewhat sparse. But if you read the Wiki page http://wiki.cacert.org/AssurerChallenge, the requirement of a certificate is big an bold, so you cannot overlook it. So either no change is required or a great rework of the CATS system.

One ability for every assurer is the ability to read. People who lack this ability should not do the job.
