I don't understand why the governing law would still be New South Wales. What is our new postal address in CH? |

There are significant differences between common law and Napoleonic law. Since all our internal policies were based on common law, we kept it that way. Anything else would be opening Pandora's box. What has changed with the relocation of the seat: Swiss law instead of NSW law now applies to the association's relationship with the country of location. |
