Is this true: no certs since 03/2026 or is the statistic broken?

Information from Support (2. Aug. 2026):
Dirk can see the OTRS tickets, and some were discussed on the Matrix chat.
I know that
1. WoT and the signer are still located in Ede,
2. CATS is down,
3. all other services incl. OTRS run on an emergency system at Dirk's home, and
4. the email server don't send to the most of servers die to a flaw in the CAcert's DNS, so the mail server is considered as an insecure one. OTRS mailings work.
I think the system in Ede should be repaired, and the emergency system content should be copied there. Also the certs issuing should be fixed.

Information from Support (3. Aug 2026):
in the OTRS I can see about 5 users/members complaining that no cert can be issued, and there is about 5 other members who cannot create account or add an email address.

An user tried to renew an existing cert and wrote on 7. Aug.:

I did test on my existing server certificate.

Renewal does generate a new certificate, but the CN is empty - only a country code (C=NL) is included in the "fresh" certificate.

I have just been talking to Dirk, and he reports that Jan
is almost completely moved in to the new place, and is out of the old
one. He also said that he will talk to Jan again about the urgency of
this issue and try for a resolution before the end of the week.
