Summary | 0000802: Name parts should be designated in assurance form
Description | In the online assurance form, the complete name of the member is stated in a single field. To prevent misunderstandings, this should be changed. For example, if a member's name is Angel Maria Salidad with "Maria Salidad" being two surnames and n the profile it says Angel Maria then the assurer might be confused because he considers Maria a secondary first name. Of course this should be prevented by detailed notes on the CAP form, but there should always be some more information there. Therefore I suggest splitting the name into several fields for first names, middle names and last names.
