| Summary | 0000828: Redirecting potential spam in the web support form | ||||
| Description | The web support form for public support on http://www.cacert.org/index.php?id=11 currently tries to detect whether the message is Spam, and adds a "Potential Spam" in the subject. Unfortunately, it lately causes too many false-positives. Therefore I suggest that it should send all "Potential Spam" messages directly to support@cacert.org where the real Spam can be dealt with, without adding "Potential Spam" to the subject line anymore (since it isn't accurate). | ||||
