Summary	0001000: Entering an assurance into the system after searching for an assurer causes a pre-filled location field
Description	After searching for an Assurer on https://secure.cacert.org/wot.php?id=12 I wanted to enter an Assurance into the system (https://secure.cacert.org/wot.php?id=5). Doing so the location of the search, represented by - I assume - CAcert-internal number, is pre-filled into the "location of the meeting"-field of the "Jemanden bestätigen" form. While it is unlikely that you want to enter some assurance right after searching for a location it is also probably also not the best idea to only enter the number of the city into that particular field, also it is hard to guess which location it was when just reading the number. Requested behaviour is to initially blank out all fields of the form "Jemanden bestätigen" (https://secure.cacert.org/wot.php?id=5).
