Summary0000112: A link to the mailing list index page would be useful
DescriptionIt would improve site usability if there were a link to the CAcert Mailing list index page https://lists.cacert.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo somewhere.

The obvious place for this would be under "Miscellaneous" on the login page.

Also having the "Miscellaneous" menu available once logged in would also be useful.

It is very hard to find it on "Contact Us", which is "hidden" on the bottom of the page, and incoherent with the mailing list purpose itself, since it is a user to user resource, rather than user - admin resource.
