DescriptionSome of the constants used for entity encoding are not known to PHP and thus cause a notice to be displayed.

As the tester cannot test this behavoir Benny observed the log files for over an hour where the reported "error" did not occur any more.

Please add to the comment that the constants were introduced in PHP 5.4 http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.html-entity-decode.php
