Summary0001322: Add a function to recalculate the total of the assurance points (old style) through the SE console
DescriptionIt sometimes happens that the calculation of total of assurance points show the wrong value. (ticket s20140611.67)
Support should have the possibilty to start the recalculation of the total assurance points.
Additional InformationThe function call from the SE console should prompt "Are you realy sure that you want to recalculate the points?" to prevent that the function is call be mistake.
The recalulation needs to be added to the adminlog.

 use function recalulate_old_assurance_points from notary.inc after bug 1042 is fixed
