Summary0000041: upload & extract the user-details from an OpenPGP Key
DescriptionFeature Request: When creating an account, ask the user, whether an OpenPGP Key already exists. If it exists, upload it, extract the user-details from the Key, and present the filled in form to the user. If it does not exist, proceed with the normal registration procedure.
