Summary0000601: date of birth format in german WoT/TTP forms
DescriptionThe date of birth format in the german translation of the WoT, TTP, Assurance and CAP forms is predefined as "DD.MM.JJJJ".
The actual value in the prefilled forms however is in format "JJJJ-MM-DD".

If there is a format defined it should not be used the other way round.

Suggestion: Change the predefined date of birth format to the one used for all other dates on the form ("JJJJ-MM-DD").

 please stay consistent to the format on the assure so page

ISO should be preferred everywhere to stay consistent.
