I don't see any need for encrypted connections here: Bugs should send mails via the CAcert Infrastructure internal mail relay. The mail relay server should - if possible - talk encrypted to the outer world. |

The bug tracker previously to me taking over administration did not send emails via emailout.intra.c.o if I remember correctly. Now it does so hopefully it also supports SMTP over TLS. |
