DescriptionWhen the user entered the data in the Lost Password page (https://www.cacert.org/index.php?id=5), and the email and birthday is correct, then either the lost passphrase questions, or an error message that the user does not have enough lost passphrase questions. In both cases, we should add the following informational message: "If this does not work for you, please visit http://wiki.cacert.org/wiki/FAQ/LostPasswordOrAccount about alternative methods to get your account back."
