DescriptionWhen a user logs into his/her account, and does have < 50 points, we should present the following message: "Welcome. You currently have only N points, you should get at least 50 points for personal certificates. You can get more points by being assured from an Assurer. To find an assurer near you please click on Web-of-Trust -> Find an Assurer, and contact the assurer to organize a meeting."

A welcome page is always nice. As long as the user doesn't have to click "Yes I know" every time she logs on ...

Currently there is a kind of overview anyway and if this page is a bit more intelligent I wouldn't mind.

I wouldn't set priority to high though.
