I found that two relevant logo files were present on the production server in the logos subdirectory, but not committed into CVS. This has been rectified on June 16, 2011, see https://lists.cacert.org/wws/arc/cacert-systemlog/2011-06/msg00006.html

There are still a few more uncommitted logo files in this directory:
   cacert100x40.png, cacert150x60.png, cacert300x120.png
Are these referenced anywhere? If so, they should be committed to CVS too, if not, they should be removed. The same question holds for the entire subdirectory "logos" under www/images.

I'd say add them so we know what's present and when we realise that we don't need them we can remove them.
