I tried to assure an locked account (previous used for account delete test in bug 893)
The system shows:
Account is locked. Ask support for more information => ok

I tried to assure an deleted account (one account that has the deleted information filled test14.1122@c.o.)
The system shows:
The email address is not present => ok

=> ok
