Summary0000256: Cert Renewal Problem - Link to Wiki
DescriptionA better error message can be written that directs the user to a page in the wiki.cacert.org directly.

The key here is to have a link in the error message to the page. The user does have to hunt up the Wiki site or the resolution to the problem (the Wiki does that.)

"Now renewing the following certificates:
Your certificate request has failed to be processed correctly, see Wiki page http://wiki.cacert.org/wiki/FAQ/CertificateRenewal for reasons and solutions."

A lot of the error messages can be improved in this way and help reduce the burden on support staff.
