Summary0000301: Modification of the assurance system to track deletions
DescriptionCurrently there is nothing in place to log who and when an assurance was revoked.

Possible solution might be to add 2 extra fields to the notary table, "Deleted When" and "Deleted UID" so it tracks when and who revoked the assurance.

All existing code would need to be updated to check if the "Deleted When" field is set, and additional code could be added to the admin interface to highlight that assurances were made, but they were revoked.

Deleting assurances from the database is just wrong. We need to keep track of all assurances ever made.
