Summary	0000791: add line recording CHAT and IM handles of member
Description	There should be a line that allows the user to optionally add their preferred chat and im handles so that support can contact the user. I suggest a single open line and an example that says do like this: icq=123456 msn=Whatever skype=IamVerySecure jabber=faux@securi.ty It should be optional. Viewable by Admin & member.

INOPIAE 2014-03-18 22:40 updater ~0004651	This feature will not be applied to the software for two reasons: First the policy says support is given only by email. Second support does not have the systems to use the suggested channels so it is not advisable to offer things that cannot be used.
