| Description | Hi! CCA reached Policy status two weeks ago and other documents had moved to Policy status some 10 weeks ago. Now, the website still shows the CPS, CCA and DRP (maybe others, too) in versions with comments, amendments and cancellations. As historical versions are kept in the VCS anyway, it does not seem to be necessary to keep this stuff on the website, too. It is also irritating for new members and gives a bad impression. Consolidated and cleaned up versions of the policy documents should be published instead. A cleaned version of the CCA (with the CSS section also being cleaned and all paragraphs being filled) is attached to this report. Drop me a note if further help (formatting, etc.) is needed. Thanks. Please do not push this version. It was neither edited by the Editor nor the PolO, but the PoP and policy decisions only allow editoral changes like this for those two. The document also seems to contain (non-visibal) content that was not part of the DRAFT and which would fall under the above mentioned PoP rule, as it is not covered by the policy motion to change the status of the document. Further the DRP and CPS are handled within another bug with documents that were updated by the PolO |
